Cancellation Policy

Bookings & Payment A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation is issued. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and online payments where applicable. Cancellation Policy & Fees Customer cancellations: More than 14 days → Full refund minus 10% admin fee; 7–14 days → 50% refund; Less than 7 days → No refund; Failure to attend → No refund. Rescheduling: More than 14 days → Free; 14-7 days → £25 fee; less than 7 days → Not available Where Orion Wildlife Ltd has sent out manuals or access to on-line material, the value of the material or access will be deducted from any refund. Orion Wildlife Ltd cancellations: If we cancel, customers may choose a full refund or a new booking date. We are not responsible for additional expenses such as travel or accommodation.
