6. Cancellation Policy & Fees
Customer cancellations: More than 14 days → Full refund minus 10% admin fee; 7–14 days → 50% refund; Less than 7 days → No refund; Failure to attend → No refund.
Rescheduling: More than 14 days → Free; 14-7 days → £25 fee; less than 7 days → Not available
Where Orion Wildlife Ltd has sent out manuals or access to on-line material, the value of the material or access will be deducted from any refund.
Orion Wildlife Ltd cancellations: If we cancel, customers may choose a full refund or a new booking date. We are not responsible for additional expenses such as travel or accommodation.
7. Health & Safety
Participants must follow all instructions provided by Orion Wildlife Ltd staff. Activities may involve outdoor environments or physical activity, and participants must ensure they are fit to take part.
8. Liability
